Trident University International (Trident) is pleased to proclaim that successful Monday, November 3, 2014, Dr. Heidi Gilligan has been named as the Program Director of their new Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (Ed.d. EL) program.

Dr. Gilligan has past experience fabricating an Ed.d. program from the beginning, having been instrumental in the fruitful dispatch of the Educational Leadership Program at California State University, Long Beach in 2006. Dr. Gilligan earned an Ed.d. in Community College/Higher Education Leadership from CSU Long Beach and earned unhitched male's and graduate degrees from San Diego State University.
